Terms of Service Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN ISLER COLLEGE CONSULTING AND______________________ (CLIENT) WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
•
Individualized client consults to discover interests, passions and talents.
•
Evaluation of all personal records supplied by client.
•
Collaboration with student support team (parents, guidance counselor, teachers, tutor, coach, psychologist etc.)
• College Admissions tests – which tests to take and when to take them.
•
Support with timelines and pacing.
•
Assistance with appropriate resources e.g. books, websites, inventories
•
Teaching students how to navigate college websites.
•
Developing a personalized college list.
•
Preparing for college visits and interviews
•
Assistance with college essays - strategies, editing and review.
•
Resume assistance.
•
Assistance and review of college applications
•
Financial aid and scholarship support.
•
Review and assistance with final college acceptance choices.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Provide all documents requested by Isler College Consulting in a timely manner.
•
Communicate with high school concerning their application procedures and internal deadlines requesting transcripts, letters of recommendation and other documents requested by colleges to complete each application.
•
Follow through with timely college visits.
•
Submit financial aid information (FAFSA and CSS Profile) according to Federal and College Board deadlines.
ISLER COLLEGE CONSULTING DOES NOT
•
Write college essays.
•
Complete or mail college, scholarship or financial aid applications or forms.
•
Promise college acceptance to any specific college or university.
•
Promise that scholarship or need based funds will be awarded.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Once a retainer fee of ________________ is paid, ongoing services begin. Fee includes extensive research, analysis and ongoing communication tailored to each client.
Final payment of ___________ is due September 1, _____________.
